Achievable: Is the goal realistic given your resources and abilities?
Relevant: Does it align with your broader values and aspirations?
Time-bound: When do you want to achieve it? Breaking down large goals into smaller, manageable milestones makes the journey less daunting and provides frequent opportunities for a sense of accomplishment.
